Can I check all my policies online?

We are working on extending the Your Account section to include this facility.

Can I change or set up my preferred Direct Debit date?

Yes, you can choose any day from the 1st to the 28th when you buy or renew your plan online. If you do not choose a day, it will automatically set up for the 1st of each month. You can also change this date by phone, provided that the plan is due for renewal and you contact us at least 14 days prior to the renewal date.
