In case of a breakdown

  1. Call our 24 hour helpline on 08444 810 500* and our friendly customer service advisors will be happy to help you. When you call, please have your agreement number and a pen available.

  2. The advisor will contact an authorised, approved repairer in your area on your behalf.

  3. The authorised repairer will call you and arrange a repair. Domestic & General usually take care of any costs up to £1,000 directly with the repairer, so you won't even see a bill.
